We love seeing Town Center of Virginia Beach businesses active in the community! On Saturday, February 18th, shortly after opening, Nando’s PERi-PERi hosted a Community Day where they donated all restaurant proceeds to the Princess Anne High School’s Student Leadership Workshop. This workshop is an annual event for volunteer student delegates to learn and share leadership skills. Students volunteered all day to make local shoppers aware of the event and encouraged them to support the charity drive.
Earlier this week, Nando’s Town Center team was able to present a check for $15,000 at a donation ceremony. Over 200 faculty members were invited, and the beloved South African restaurant brand also provided teachers and staff with a catered lunch. We are proud to have Nando’s as a neighbor in Town Center and as an active community partner!
